The Unpredictable in Expertise?
The National Council of Bars (CNB) and and the National Council of Companies of Legal Experts (CNCEJ) are jointly organising their 10th annual conference on the theme “The unpredictable in expertise”.
What are these unpredictable events that every professional at his or her level has to deal with? Aren’t they intrinsic to each one? Isn’t the judge unpredictable for the expert and the lawyer? Similarly, does not the defence strategy of the latter make him unpredictable for the other two?
Together, lawyers, experts and magistrates from the 1st round table will explain how to expect the unexpected and will try to make less unpredictable what comes up without warning. The 2nd round table will confront the participants with the unexpected, from what causes it to happen to the means of dealing with it.
