“The practice of the profession in Europe. Towards the formation of the register of European Justice (civil) Experts.”

Ms Béatrice Deshayes, current co-president of the EEEI is invited by the president of the Order of Architects of Turin Massimo Giuntoli to participate in the conference of April 16 which will take place in “the Aula Magna”, a large conference of Turin.

The objective of the conference is to define a legal and regulatory framework for those wishing to undertake professional activity within the member states of the European Union.

The speakers will define the state of the art regarding the homogenization of law that the European Union is developing in collaboration with the member states and will make available to participants  their experience gained to define new job opportunities related to the formation of European CTU lists, the European Professional Card, the Proposal for a Law / European Directive on the subject of European CTU, the freedom of movement of professionals and the mutual recognition of professional qualifications.
