Election of Executive Committee members
The mandates of the six outgoing candidates were renewed:
- Ajit Ambekar
- Sascha Dalen Gilhuijs
- Philippe Jacquemin
- Nico Keijser
- Jacques Melin
- Robert Ranquet
Philippe Delmotte, new candidate, was elected.
Election of presidents
Benoit de Clerck et Etienne Claes, were re-elected as co-presidents.

In summary: EEEI needs to reassess its direction and structure, recruit new judges, collaborate with European institutions and establish contacts with northern countries in order to increase its influence and maintain its authority as the representative of legal experts in Europe.
