Tribute to the memory of Mr. Jean-François DAVID, Honorary President, of a co-founding company of the EEEI, the Company of Experts near the Court of Appeal of Versailles (France)
The EEEI regrets to inform you of the death of Mr. Jean-François DAVID, which occurred on May 26, 2018, at the age of 71, following a long illness.
Jean-François DAVID was, since 1999, expert in the speciality rubric “nuisances, pollution and waste”, near the Court of Appeal of Versailles and also near the Administrative Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles. Because of his many merits, he was admitted to the national list of experts approved by the Court of Cassation.
Very invested in the expert institutions, on a local level in Versailles, notably as president from 2013 to 2015, of the company of Versailles and administrator of the Form’Expert Expert Training Center, than on a national level, as president of the National Chamber of Environmental Experts, and, from 2009 to 2017, member of the board of the National Council of Companies of Experts of Justice.
Its main commitments to the service of this national institution have been within the steering committee for the dematerialization of expertise, committee where he has been present since its creation in 2013 until the most recent meeting last April, and also within the committee for training and quality of expertise.
The colleagues who will have rubbed J-F. David in his various engagements unanimously quote his delicacy, humanity, listening, perfect equality of humor, his courtesy and respect for others, but also his determination and obstinacy at work, many qualities that will have earned him earn the respect and esteem of his peers.
The EEEI, on behalf of its members, expresses to its family and all its relatives, all its sympathy in these painful circumstances.
